In a food processor or blender, combine the tofu, cacao powder, almond milk, ripe bananas, medjool dates, cashew butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into serving glasses and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until firm.
