Peanut Butter Cacao Lion’s Mane Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 2 tsp cacao powder
  • ½ tsp lion's mane powder
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tsp raw peanut butter (or 1 scoop powdered peanut butter protein powder)
  • 1 cup plant based milk (coconut or almond recommended)

Instructions 

  • Add banana, cacao, lions mane, salt, peanut butter and plant based milk into the blender. You can also add a handful of ice if you wish.
  • Blend until desired consistency
  • Transfer to glass, top with cacao nibs
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Tips for meal prep - if you want to have this smoothie a few times a week, grab out a few mason jars and measure out all the dry ingredients into a few seperate jars in one hit.  Add banana and place in the freezer.  When you go to make your smoothie just tip out mixture, add plant based milk and peanut butter and blend away!  Put back into your mason jar and easy done!
